FERNANDES WANT MORE FIGHT

QPR owner Tony Fernandes has said that he wants to see more fight from the players over the next few matches. QPR owner Tony Fernandes sacked manager Neil Warnock and appointed former Manchester City manager Mark Hughes in his place.

Even more than the appointment, the transfer funds promised by the Malaysian owner surprised a lot of people. He initially promised a transfer budget of around £ 20 million. Players like Nedum Onuoha, Cisse, Taye Taiwo, and Federico Macheda arrived in the January transfer window. Big things were expected of QPR following the arrival of these players. However, the reality of the situation has been totally different, as Mark Hughes has been unable to get the results so far.

This has led to intense speculation that Mark Hughes may be relieved of his post in the summer. This is because it will be the second time the former Chelsea player would have failed with significant transfer budget at his disposal unlike at Blackburn Rovers and Fulham.
